All candles will be shipped within 3 days of ordering.

Standard delivery time is 2-3 working days.

International Shipping

Europe: Tracked shipping will take 5 - 7 business days: £10-£15

USA: Tracked shipping will take 7 - 10 working days: £20

Tracking

You will receive a tracking reference number with your shipping confirmation email.

Eco-friendly packaging

Each candle will arrive in an eco-friendly gift box, complete with recycled black satin ribbon. Packages are carefully and securely wrapped to minimise the chance of potential damage.

If your order is a gift and you would like to include a handwritten gift note, please add this in the ‘Additional Notes’ section during checkout.

All materials used are either recycled or recyclable.

Returns

We hope you love your Atlas candle, however if you’re unhappy with your order and would like to return it, we can offer a full refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
